The pilot requires a 6-month commitment. If at month 3 you're not satisfied, you may cancel with 30 days notice — no refund of the committed amount, but no further charges. After month 6, you can renew at the standard Core pricing or walk away with all your data exported.
You choose: renew at standard Core pricing ($2,499/mo monthly or $29,988/yr annual), upgrade to Suite, or cancel entirely. If you cancel, we export your complete data package — all reports, records, and evidence — at no extra charge. No data hostage situations.
The $8,000 is the total cost of the pilot — no onboarding fee, no setup fee, no per-report charges, no per-employee caps. What you get: Scope 1/2/3 reporting, QuickBooks integration, all 8 audit formats, supplier portal with buyer verification, and email support. Facility overages beyond 5 are $99/mo each, billed monthly. Buyer-specific customizations after month 1 are quoted upfront before any work begins.
Email support with a 48-hour response time is included. For urgent issues during critical submission windows, we offer priority Slack access for an additional $500/month — but this is optional and rarely needed. Our onboarding process is designed to get you report-ready in the first 2 weeks, so most pilots don't need intensive hand-holding after that.
You do. All emissions data, reports, and evidence you upload remain yours. Emissa doesn't sell, share, or license your data to third parties. When your pilot ends (whether you renew or cancel), you get a complete data export. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The pilot covers up to 5 facilities and 1 primary buyer format. If you need multi-facility or multi-buyer configuration, we scope that upfront before you commit — no surprises. Additional facilities beyond 5 are $99/mo each during the pilot, billed monthly.
