Permitted use

Use Emissa only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your subscription agreement, authorized role, and applicable law.

Prohibited activity

You may not attempt unauthorized access; bypass security or usage controls; probe or disrupt infrastructure; upload malware; impersonate another person or organization; use the service to infringe rights or violate law; scrape the service at unreasonable scale; send unlawful or abusive communications; or use Emissa to make fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, or knowingly false compliance claims.

Data and integrations

Do not submit information you are not authorized to process. Do not connect third-party systems unless you have permission to authorize the connection and processing.

Automated and AI-assisted features

Users must review material outputs before relying on them for regulatory submissions, buyer representations, audits, contractual commitments, or other consequential decisions.

Enforcement

Emissa may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, third parties, or legal compliance.
